How long does collision repair take?
Most collision repairs deliver in roughly 3–7 days once parts are in; heavier structural jobs run longer. Parts availability is the biggest variable, so your written estimate includes a timeline for your exact vehicle, and we call you if teardown changes it.
Will this work with my insurance?
Yes — every insurance company. We open the claim with you, meet the adjuster here, and file supplements directly. In Ontario, you choose your repair shop; an insurance company can suggest a preferred shop, but the decision is always yours.
Is the estimate really free?
Always, with no obligation. Send three photos — one wide, one of the damage, one close-up — and a written number comes back fast, usually the same day. Or drop by the Keele and Sheppard area during shop hours and we will look at the car with you.
Is there a good collision repair shop near me?
If you are in North York, Willowdale, Downsview, Vaughan, Thornhill, or anywhere off the 401 corridor — yes. We are off Keele just south of Sheppard, minutes from the 401 and Allen Road, and owner-operated.
Is the repair guaranteed?
Paint and refinish work carries a lifetime warranty for as long as you own the vehicle. Replacement parts and their installation carry our parts-and-installation warranty — ask for the written terms with your estimate.
