Insurance made easy
We open your claim, meet the adjuster, and handle the approvals for you. And in Ontario, the choice of repair shop is always yours — an insurance company can recommend a shop, but it cannot send you somewhere else.
Ontario is “no-fault” in one narrow sense: each driver deals with their own insurance company. It does not mean nobody is at fault — it means the paperwork runs through your own policy, which is exactly the part we handle for you.
Ontario runs on DCPD — Direct Compensation for Property Damage. When you’re not at fault, in whole or in part, your own insurance company pays for the vehicle damage. One caution: since January 1, 2024, drivers can remove DCPD with the OPCF 49 endorsement, and a driver who opted out has no coverage for not-at-fault damage.
Fault is assigned under Ontario’s Fault Determination Rules in set percentages — 0, 25, 50, 75, or 100 — based on how the collision happened, not on who argues hardest. We photograph and document the damage thoroughly so your file supports what actually happened.
If anyone is hurt, or the combined damage looks like more than $5,000, report the collision to police or a Collision Reporting Centre. Notify your insurance company promptly — your policy expects notice within about 7 days. Call us before or after that call and we’ll guide you through it.

If your policy includes rental coverage — or you weren’t at fault — we coordinate directly with rental partners so you’re driving while we work. We’ll confirm your coverage when we open the claim.

We’re a body shop, so we don’t provide medical treatment — but we can help connect you with independent, licensed providers for physiotherapy, chiropractic care, massage therapy, and other accident-injury rehabilitation. Ontario auto policies include medical and rehabilitation benefits that may pay for treatment; coverage depends on eligibility, your policy, treatment approval, deductibles, and the insurance company’s decision.
