Can a dent be fixed without repainting?
Often, yes. If the paint is not cracked and the metal is not stretched, the dent can usually be worked back to the panel’s original lines with your factory finish intact. When it cannot — a crease on a body line, cracked paint — we say so and price the refinish honestly.
Is dent and scratch repair covered by insurance?
When the damage came from an accident, a hit-and-run, vandalism, or another covered incident, it usually belongs on a claim — and we open the claim, document the damage, and deal with the adjuster for you. Coverage depends on eligibility, your policy, repair approval, deductibles, and the insurance company’s decision, so we put a free written number on the job first and tell you honestly which path makes sense.
Will I be able to see where the dent was?
No — that is the standard the work is checked against. When refinishing is needed, the clearcoat is blended into the panels around the repair, and we inspect the panel under different light angles before you ever see the car.
