Deductible assistance

Deductible stress?
Relief starts here.

A deductible should never keep your car broken. Talk to us before you assume you can’t afford the repair — there’s almost always a path.

Talk it through · (647) 594-3401

Not at fault? Usually no deductible.

In Ontario, damage you didn’t cause is paid by your own insurance company under DCPD — and most drivers have no DCPD deductible unless they chose one on their policy. We confirm where your claim lands before repairs begin.

Payment plans on deductibles

When you’re at fault, your collision deductible applies. If money is tight, tell us — we set up a payment plan on the deductible instead of letting it delay your repair.

We fight for every dollar

Teardown-first estimates and supplement handling mean your insurance company pays for the full repair — you never cover hidden damage out of pocket.

Honest help only — we’ll never inflate a claim to “bury” a deductible. That’s fraud, and shops that offer it are cutting corners on your car. How deductible help really works →

How it works

From claim to keys

One estimator owns your repair from the first call to final inspection — you always know who to ask and what happens next.

  1. Call us after the accident

Call, stop by, or send photos of the damage. We answer fast and tell you exactly what to do next — drivable or not, we can help.

  2. We handle the claim

We open the claim, meet the adjuster, and coordinate approvals directly with your insurance company. In Ontario, the choice of shop is always yours.

  3. Repair & refinish

Structural work is measured to factory spec, then panels are prepped, colour-matched, and finished in the booth.

  4. You get your car back

Every repair passes a final quality inspection before you get the keys — and you were kept in the loop the whole way.

Estimate first, claim second

Send three photos and get a free written estimate before any claim exists. If the repair costs less than your deductible, we say so plainly, and you skip the claim entirely — no pressure either way.

Billed directly to your insurance

Once the repair is approved, the covered work is billed to your insurance company directly. You pay your deductible and nothing else on covered damage, and you never sit in the middle relaying paperwork between us and the adjuster.

Every insurance company accepted

Intact, Aviva, TD Insurance, Desjardins, belairdirect, Co-operators, Wawanesa, Sonnet — and every other insurance company writing auto policies in Ontario. Rental coordination is included when your coverage provides for it.

Supplements handled for you

When teardown finds damage the first estimate missed — and behind a bumper cover, it often does — we document it with photos and file the supplement directly with the adjuster. Approved covered damage stays covered.

Reviews

What customers say

The line we hear most: “I couldn’t tell where the damage had been.”

★★★★★

Honestly, I thought my car would never look the same again — but they completely proved me wrong. I couldn’t even tell where the damage had been repaired or repainted. The paint matched perfectly, and the bodywork was flawless.

Questions about this repair

Straight answers before you commit to anything — and a human on the phone when you want one.

Are you an insurance approved body shop?

We work with every insurance company, and repairs completed here are covered by your policy. In Ontario the choice of repair shop belongs to you — an insurance company may suggest its preferred network, but it cannot require you to use it, and your policy pays reasonable repair costs at the shop you choose.

Do I pay anything besides my deductible?

On covered damage, no. Your insurance company pays the approved repair directly, and your deductible is your only share. If teardown reveals more damage, we file a supplement with photos — covered damage stays covered, and the extra never lands on you.

Should I get the estimate before or after filing the claim?

Before, whenever you can. A free written estimate tells you whether the repair even clears your deductible — for a small scrape, paying out of pocket is sometimes the smarter move. We put a real number in your hands first, so the decision is made with figures, not guesses.

How long does insurance approval take?

Straightforward claims are often approved within a few business days; supplements add time when hidden damage turns up. We order parts and book the repair bay while approval is in motion, so the waiting overlaps instead of stacking on top of the repair time.
