Can my insurance company make me use their shop?
No. In Ontario, the choice of repair shop is always yours. Your insurance company can suggest a preferred shop, but the decision is yours — and we work with every major insurance company.
What should I do right after an accident?
Make sure everyone is safe, exchange insurance details, and call us at (647) 594-3401. If the vehicle isn’t drivable we’ll help arrange a tow. We handle the inspection, the claim, and the adjuster from there.
Do you offer a warranty on repairs?
Yes — a lifetime warranty on all paint and refinish work, plus a parts-and-installation warranty on every replacement. Ask for the written terms with your estimate.
Will I get a rental car during the repair?
If your policy includes rental coverage — or you weren’t at fault — we coordinate directly with rental partners so you’re driving while we work. We’ll confirm your coverage when we open the claim.
Will a claim raise my insurance rates?
Comprehensive claims — hail, vandalism, falling branches — generally don’t raise premiums. Collision rates depend on fault under Ontario’s Fault Determination Rules. We’re happy to talk it through before you file.
I was hurt in the accident — can you help with treatment?
We’re a body shop, so we don’t provide medical treatment — but we can help connect you with independent, licensed providers for physiotherapy, chiropractic care, massage therapy, and other accident-injury rehabilitation. Ontario auto policies include medical and rehabilitation benefits that may pay for treatment; coverage depends on eligibility, your policy, treatment approval, deductibles, and the insurance company’s decision.
Will insurance definitely cover my repair?
No shop can promise that, and you should be wary of one that does. Coverage depends on eligibility, your policy, repair approval, deductibles, and the insurance company’s decision. What we can promise: a free written estimate first, honest advice on whether a claim makes sense, and a documented file your insurance company can approve quickly.
