We deal with the adjuster
The damage is photographed and documented before a wrench comes out, the adjuster is met at our shop, and supplements are filed when teardown finds more. You get plain-language updates instead of paperwork.
The shop choice is yours in Ontario
Your insurance company can recommend a preferred shop, but it cannot require one. Ontario drivers pick their own repair shop, and your policy covers the reasonable cost of proper repair wherever you take the car.
DCPD, explained in plain words
When you are not at fault, your own insurance company pays for the vehicle damage under Direct Compensation – Property Damage. We help you sort out how fault was assigned, what your deductible actually is, and what the claim will and will not touch.
Documented like evidence
Photographed on arrival, photographed at delivery, laser measurements printed for structural work — a paper trail the insurance company accepts the first time, and one you keep for resale.
