From City Centre and the Square One towers, the run is the 403 to the 401 east, through the 410 junction and past the 427, then off at Keele and two lights south — about 25 minutes when traffic behaves. Meadowvale, Lisgar, and Erin Mills join the same 401 at Winston Churchill or Mississauga Rd and simply stay on it. The airport corridor is closest of all: from the Derry, Matheson, and Courtneypark warehouse grid the 401 delivers you to our exit at the low end of the 20–32 minute range. South Mississauga — Clarkson, Lorne Park, Lakeview — takes the QEW to the 427 north and picks up the 401 from there.

Then winter arrives: plough windrows seal the courts and crescents of Meadowvale and Churchill Meadows, salt from three highways works on every unrepaired chip, and the freeze–thaw potholes open up on Cawthra, Tomken, and Dundas from February through April — bent wheels, scraped bumpers, and rockers that start bubbling by spring.

If the car cannot drive — a 401 hit, a dead car in a Square One garage — Ontario’s towing rules put the destination in your hands: certified operators, itemized invoices, and the truck goes where you say, which means straight here instead of a storage yard billing by the day. We coordinate that call from our end.
From drop-off onward the claim lives in our office. Under Ontario’s DCPD system your own insurance company pays for not-at-fault vehicle damage, and we open that claim, meet the adjuster, and argue any supplement after teardown — you are never the messenger between two phone lines. Doors are open Monday to Saturday, 8 AM to 7 PM, with Sundays by appointment, and the paint and refinish work on every repair is warrantied for as long as you own the car.

Does my insurance coverage work the same in Peel as in Toronto?
Yes — Ontario’s rules are province-wide. When you are not at fault, your own insurance company pays for the vehicle damage under DCPD, fault is assigned under the provincial Fault Determination Rules, and you report to a Collision Reporting Centre when anyone is hurt or damage looks to top $5,000. We handle the claim itself from our office.
