None of these need to look catastrophic to have moved the structure underneath.
Almost everything on the road today is unibody — the body shell is the frame. That means a rail, an apron, or a strut tower can sit millimetres out of position while the car looks repairable and even drives. Measured, pulled, measured again — and documented
Structural repair here is a measurement exercise before it is a muscle exercise. The vehicle goes on the bench, reference points are measured against the factory’s published dimensions, and the printout tells us exactly which points sit where. Pulls are made in controlled increments — force applied, released, re-measured — because metal that is dragged past its target in one heave is metal that has been worked twice. When the numbers match specification, you get the before-and-after documentation, which matters to your insurance company now and to the car’s history later.
Structure also decides the OEM parts conversation. Where a rail section or reinforcement is being replaced, we push your insurance company for original-equipment parts, because crash management is precisely where like-kind-and-quality is the wrong economy.
