For a paint job, photos tell us most of what we need: the damaged area up close, the whole panel, and the car in one frame so we can judge how the surrounding colour has aged. The owner prices the honest scope — one panel and a blend when that is what the car needs, not a whole side — and sends the number in writing. If the work rides on an insurance claim, the claim handling happens from our office; if it is out of pocket, you know the cost before committing to the 401.
Booking is built around the distance. We schedule Pickering paint work so the car goes into preparation on arrival instead of sitting in a queue, and if a rental is part of your coverage we time it to drop-off morning.
