Photos first, as always: a written estimate comes back without a trip, and the drive up the Allen or the 401 happens once, when the booth time is actually booked. Sundays by appointment exist for exactly the household whose only free hour is Sunday morning.
One note on coverage: paint damage from vandalism — a key line down the door on the Bayview strip, for instance — is typically a comprehensive claim with your normal deductible, and fault never enters into it. We will price the repair both ways so you can decide whether to involve your insurance company, and if you do, we handle the file from our office.
